Unexpected Spaces

This landed property in a gated community was going to be a growing family’s first home after having lived in a high-rise apartment.

We knew that they have accumulated family heirlooms, artworks, and other pieces of considerable sentimental value, but we were also anticipating how they were going to use the new expansive space.

We brought in new pieces that could work with what the family already has, and created a series of rooms that allowed shared and private moments, as well as social spaces for entertaining large groups.

Our plan was to create a modern, comfortable and stylish home with a distinct Filipino style and charm – and I think we achieved that.
